Ingredients: Increased nutritional yeast (dry yeast, niacin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, folic acid, vitamin B12), Sodium Alginate, Black Sea salt, color: beta-carotene.

Weight: 44g

Usage: Mix the contents into 1 liter of water and mix with a blender or other mixer.

Important: Do not do it manually with a whisk.

The resulting preparation can be stored for two to three weeks in the refrigerator or can be directly cooked, boiled, fried or used in breading.


The dry mix can be used in smaller quantities. 1 teaspoon = 2.5g = about 60ml.

Chosen according to recipes, you can use soy milk (or other vegetable drink) instead of water, but do not use products containing many proteins (such as tofu, seitan ...)
